3. Payments

  • Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule.
  • Late payments may delay project delivery.
  • Additional work outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, IntelliNova Technologies retains ownership of proprietary tools, frameworks, templates, and source components used during project development. Ownership of completed deliverables will be transferred according to the project agreement.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect confidential business information shared during the course of the project. Confidential information will not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent unless required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

IntelliNova Technologies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, except where required under applicable law.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a project in accordance with the agreed contract terms. Any completed work, outstanding invoices, or obligations up to the termination date remain payable.
